Is this the new MO for ESO? The point of paying for ESO Plus every month is to assure access to all dlc apparently this has changed? I mean with Morrowind and now Summerset? Are they not making enough money lol. They really need to change what’s included in the ESO Plus membership at least and remove the statement of having access to ALL new DLC, legally that is misleading. Or will the new terminology for DLC now be “expansion pack” lol. If so we will be purchasing a new expansion every 6 months and eso plus will be an expensive crafting bag. I mean I think $180 a year cover any new expansions.
Zenimax Terms of service Eso Plus Members will have full access to all DLC game packs . Last time I checked new chapters or Exapnsion packs were downloadable content. To save us all a lot of trouble why not just change the wording of the ESO Plus membership to not be misleading it would alleviate these issues.

I do kind of think that the monthly price should drop to 8 €, its pretty scummy that they said all future doc and then back track
This isn't even a "way of the future" thing. Older games than TESO have been doing this with there being a difference between expansions and the DLC that's included with subs, this is far from a precedent. I expected it from the beginning because that's how it was in other games I've played. They're not trying to pull a fast one, this is how it's normally done.

This is a really good example of vote with your wallet. The reality is they're not going to backtrack on this now and whilst i agree with the sentiment behind your point, it will make zero difference what you say on the forums on the matter.
Not read others posts, so I apologise if you have mentioned this previously, but if you're still subbing, then it makes your argument even more hollow. You know yourself the eso+ sub isn't an essential in life so it's not as if you're stuck with it a la energy bills, mortgage, food bills etc.
Myself, I don't pay into ESO+ for the dlc as I tend to buy them all (apart from the horns dlc), so what's included and what isn't makes no real difference to me. Now, if they screwed around with the craft bag or made it available as a 1 off purchase, I'd drop the sub without hesitation. After all, the 1500 crs are next to worthless now and all the other garbage that comes with it is of no use to me at all. My point is, the inclusion of dlc seems an important factor to you as the craft bag is for myself, so you know the right thing to do.

Our purchase if expansions or dlcs should INCLUDE EVERYTGING we should NOT have to buy expansions and still have to buy loot crates to get cool stuff
Gaming is DEAD thanks to greedy zos and companies who do this

Well, that's more an argument about what is considered "DLC", since that is what is included according to their terminology.
As of now, Morrowind and Summerset are not considered "DLC" in ESO, ergo, they're not included.
If I can “download” it, it’s DLC
You can also buy a physical copy. Can you do that with any of the actual DLCs in game? No.

Your nickname suits you well. At least you warn us before starting a serious discussion. Thanks.
Where the option for them STOP shitting out content and fix the performance. Personally i feel cheated by this but more i feel cheated that if i want to even play this trash bag game i have to buy this chapter.. New skill line? Jewelry crafting? Ya i have to buy it to stay competitive. And this is why they'll never fix this game. Trash.

Morrowind and Summerset aren't DLC, they're new "chapters". You still get access to DLC like Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Orsinium, etc. for free.
Why are u guys as fellow gamers supporting this, the only reason why ZOS can get away with some [snip] tatic like this is because gamers like allow it. If a majority of people didn’t fall for, “ this isn’t dlc it’s a chapter with more content therefore it’s cant be combined with eso plus or be purchased with crowns” bs, ZOS would have to put it under eso plus. We the gamers are the consumers, we determine how the company acts. All it would take would a simple de sub and not buying their chapter for a month or two and they would have to cave.RDMyers65b14_ESO wrote: »We had this discussion LAST YEAR. Chapters are not DLC. My god, this is so true. Why did I never think about this before.
If it's okay with you I want to use this argument in an open letter I plan on sending to Bethesda Game Studios on why they should use the same monetization practices for Elder Srolls VI, that ZOS use for ESO.
This is what I have so far:Dear Todd Howard
