That is unfinished dolmen and that is not a dragon... that is a Grievous Twilight, a titanous sort of flying daedra.
you say potato i say fries
Pretty sure they were created as a mockery of dragons. Still they do have power but supposedly not as much as an actual dragon.
There is a lorebook in ESO that claims Daedric Titans are born from Molag Bal corrupting a Dragon, while torturing it to give away the source or their powers or something like that.

You are talking about "Daedra Dossier: The Titans" correct? It was Molag Bal's attempt at making dragons after Boziikkodstrun didn't speak a word of the dragon language. I think Molag Bal was wanting him to say anything and try to imprint it onto either his own people or something to the effect. It seems more like huh you seem to have peeked my interest, teach me of various things. The dragon didn't teach him so he killed him and did make mockery of his dead body. I would think think the titans are more of a faux dragon, than an actual dragon. Even the Dragonborn is much more dragon than they are, and the dragonborn cannot fly.

Exactly. A loremaster steps in! Have your awesome
Edit: Now I realized what kind of power he wanted from the dragons, was it the Voice? Wasnt easier for him to hunt one of the Tongues or even a Dragonborn?
Ah! World Bosses, eh... Sorry.
For me I think the hardest would be the only one I have done solo once... unfinished dolmen. Try it solo and it is an odd one at best.
It's strange that no one has named Wraith-of-Crows yet. I have not tried to kill their solo, but it seems to me that this is quite difficult.
However, all multi-bosses are not easy.
I have completed very few of them, among them songbird and unbroken in vvardenfell were tough.
There's this one somewhere where was hard even in a group. Had to use carts to hid or get one nearly shotted.

Songbird I can agree is quite a challenge but more so the more people there. Her most annoying thing is the rng of the ads you might get from her... if you get the tank ones they can be quite a pain. As for Nithog... he is not hard. He is pretty easy to me. I cannot rightly say he is of a challenging sorts. I have lost track of how many times I have solo'd him. Him and the queen's consort are fairly easy world bosses in vvardenfell. If I have to say any are the hardest in vvardenfell... Wuyuvus takes the cake. He is by far imo the hardest world boss in Vvardenfell.

I still say Orsinium WB were the best on release but ATM, I'd say Wuyuvas holds the title of toughest JUST because of his feeding BS.

I threw myself at this on a suicide mission when trying to get the daily done when no one was around. I found it easy actually and I was using sword and shield on my magSorc to level it up at the time. Tried the same on the other one and was rightfully incinerated a few seconds in.
Queue #magSorcOP #shieldStackers #nerfSorcs posts.
The ones I'd never bother trying to solo because they are a rightful pain are probably the 'big' bosses in each area. Like the Aurig Migeh, Bittergreen, etc etc. But I'm lazyI'd rather wait for one or two more than throw myself at a challenge.
