I'm not sure if it's craftable but I've seen someone with a staff with a serpent head at the top. Anyone know what style it could be?

Blevil✭✭✭no it's definitely not ebonheart. I think its a non-crafted but its a serpent head with fangs and it's facing up. I couldn't get a screen shot.
