Summerset isle pre order-can’t access morrowind

So I pre ordered summerset isles because you also get morrowind free but I still do not have access to morrowind. I have the mount which I would gladly trade in for access to morrowind. I am on PS4. Can anyone in charge at Zenimax please help me!

    We are aware of an issue with some players not receiving Morrowind after pre-purchasing Summerset on the Ps4. We appreciate your patience as we investigate this.

    I'm having the same issue. I got the mount and the downloadable theme, but I don't seem to have access to Morrowind without paying for it. I preordered yesterday, and I still don't have access to Morrowind. I even submitted a ticket yesterday but I haven't had a reply. My PSN ID is PandaPlasm.

    I got a ticket as well. I just hope it gets sorted out quick because I would like to start playing the warden.
