Summerset isle pre order-can’t access morrowind

So I pre ordered summerset isles because you also get morrowind free but I still do not have access to morrowind. I have the mount which I would gladly trade in for access to morrowind. I am on PS4. Can anyone in charge at Zenimax please help me!

I'm having the same issue. I got the mount and the downloadable theme, but I don't seem to have access to Morrowind without paying for it. I preordered yesterday, and I still don't have access to Morrowind. I even submitted a ticket yesterday but I haven't had a reply.
