I don’t know who she was but boy did she seem a little over enthusiastic for someone basically just reading the script in front of her .
We’re where you @ZOS_GinaBruno n @ZOS_JessicaFolsom . I for one missed your genuine enthusiasm for the game Guess you were chained to you desks to watch the forum explode n answer the inevitable deluge of questions
Good luck girls (and team) rather you than me

There's just one thing that really bugged me with your post... Its "Where were you".
And she's the same gal who did the same thing for Morrowind last year.

Meaning that I kinda thought they would have be presenting

She generally did a good job, but her reaction to treasure maps made me wonder if she’d ever actually played the game

Heh, keep believing they're "trash". I've made close to 1 million from that "trash". But by all means, keep telling folks that. Keeps the prices for the maps down and that means more money, mats, decons etc. for me!

They're not "trash" but... they're nothing special. Not rare, not very valuable... a pretty standard item in ESO.. nothing that generates an adrenaline rush or sparkles in the eyes. So yes, it showed that Kelly wasn't the actual ESO player she pretended to be. But she's meant to symbolize a new player (the actual target audience of such announcements), so maybe she was faking that enthusiasm for treasure maps.
That's why Gina or Jess could not have done it. They cannot possibly pretend to be amazingly pleased by an announcement that's no surprise to them at all.

LoL... The first guy who spoke was Matt Firor, the Game Director. He seems to focus on anything "outside-the-game" (marketing, monetization, finances, etc.)
The second guy, the one who spoke with Kelly, is Creative Director Rich Lambert, also know as "Slashlurk" because of his habit to drop a /lurk comment on forum threads that he thinks are of particular interest as feedback. Rich is the one who is ultimately responsible for the in-game design and content. You can recognize Rich as the one who's wearing shorts even when it's snowing.
