Think the chapter will follow the same/nearish pattern as morrowind, as that would be easier for everyone around. ZoS knows what/when to do it. Us consumers know when abouts it will come out aka early june for pre-ordered access and two weeks later for full launch.

Would not surprise me that some of the content for this zone was some left over parts from the base game that has been sitting around for a long time. Wonder if Queen Ayrenn's voice will still be Kate Beckinsale's...it better be or my OCD eye twitch will happen. lol

If they don't get Kate Beckinsale, Ayrenn probably won't be involved at all except by letter.

True, but SWTOR was not nearly as profitable as TESO. And so far we dont have any "instance" only countries that I know of. BW buckled quickly, ZoS, with their faults and strengths, has stayed true to it so far.

So you make a guess and claim your right because the guess is correct? Ok. Kudos on good guessing skills. Was pretty obvious the first mention of the next release would come during the weeks after the last one and good chance it would occur during a regular Zos announcement, a teaser.

However, I’m gonna go our on a limb and say it’ll be announced before June and more likely than not it’ll be released in June vs announced then. Your guess just might be off s couple weeks. Morrowind released early June, iirc with PC getting it a couple weeks early. PC ends up being the official release date.

This is going to be make or break patch for so many people. I can't talk for other people but I will actually quit or keep playing based on the changes, considering I've spent over 2k hours on this game already, I think I had my time and I don't think many people will miss me either.

Hoping that changes are fair and the nerfs/buffs are reasonable, unlike morrowind.

PS: All I have is a shovel, and no, you can't have my precious combat shovel ^^

They already datamined the entire map and all locations. It's the full province, and it's the biggest zone yet (144x144 map cells versus Vvardenfell's 81x81, and Vvardenfell was the biggest zone prior to this).

How filled is it going to be is the question on everyone's minds though. Morrowind for all it's beauty was a cardboard cut out propped up compared to what it could have been. Craglorn was filled with more content and that was free.

Vvardenfell isn't empty, people are just too lazy to find unmarked locations.

I finished the entire thing and it is empty compared to craglorn or wrothgar.

There are always plenty of other players around when I come across a chest. lol

Yes, the base patch of the Chapter will contain the major combat/balancing update this year.

True to what so far? They have changed the payment model like every year since the game has been out. After saying at launch that they would always be sub based.

I mean I hope they fill in all the gaps, but anything said at launch is basically meaningless.

the sad part is that they will keep making nerfs to make sure players are not above a certain level of dps for pve.
Which was also the main factor for morrowind nerfs. People were just laughing at vet content zos created, and now people start to laugh at it again...

Naked vMA runs, nAS solo run etc.. and stamDk builds with literally zero sustain and all damage..
Their ''sustain matters'' nerfs did not change a thing. People just heavy attack now. Which is just so damn boring.

If Morrowind is any indication, adding fan favourite characters is largely done for marketing reasons, and the main quest suffered because a lot of resources were pooled into Naryu's quest. I'd rather they give us something entirely new with new characters, like Wrothgar.
Ayrenn, Raz, and even Darien seem to be back ... it feels like I've played all of this before.

Naryu is an anomaly for me. I have never seen this character and don't know who this is. Is there a hidden Morrowind line ? Because the one I have played, surely did not display this character and I have never heared of her before Morrowind.

Anyways. I have no problem with them bringing back known characters.
