Friend got a phone call from support and they said they think that since so many people are ordering the imperial edition its causing the system to lag and not update the accounts. They said that all they can do atm is have people wait and see if it applies eventually. They cant flag the account to have access because when and if it does go through you will have two "accounts" for the game so to speak. The guy also didnt know at this time if there was gonna be any compensation to people losing part or all of their early access.
Way back before the digital version was available in the store, before the announced the store would even be a thing, I followed a link on the main page to preorder from a third party, and because I was so excited to preorder, I only get three day instead of five. I guess patience is a virtue. On the upside, I'm not having to face all the issues the five day people are dealing with.
Well, if you haven't been in the game yet, you don't know if you'll face the same problems. Hopefully they'll have them fixed.
I'm a little leery that the game can be screwed up and I haven't even been able to log in yet.
