Purchased Digital CE and not able to login

    at the very least if they cannot fulfill orders, and know they cannot fulfill orders they should stop taking orders until they can.

    Yeah, their answer is wait and see, you'll have access in about five days hopefully XD. I'm both happy and sad with my situation.

    Way back before the digital version was available in the store, before the announced the store would even be a thing, I followed a link on the main page to preorder from a third party, and because I was so excited to preorder, I only get three day instead of five. I guess patience is a virtue. On the upside, I'm not having to face all the issues the five day people are dealing with.
    And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.

    Well, if you haven't been in the game yet, you don't know if you'll face the same problems. Hopefully they'll have them fixed.

    I'm a little leery that the game can be screwed up and I haven't even been able to log in yet.

    I would agree with you, but I've been watching all the bug reports and noted all the different problems. What issues I personally will face once in game is undetermined, but there are definitely notably patterns and common issues

    Yeah same issue, bout the game this morning, my account has not updated to early access. Opened a ticket a few hours ago, I really hope they get this fixed soon as it is my day off. D3 ROS until then

    I played the beta as well, so did my husband. We're all in the same boat, as it were, right now. There is nothing we can do but wait. Can't get angry over it, but some compensation should be offered because of this amazing setback.

    I purchased the game. My CC was charged immediately. I submitted a ticket.

    FOUR hours later I received a response that it could take a while for my payment to post. Once my payment was verified, I'd be able to access the system.

    Really? That was the best they could respond with? At least look into the problem or acknowledge it. Don't give me a canned response four hours after charging me.

    The lack of a valid customer service response doesn't really raise my confidence level.

    not a good look for ESO.. something so simple as people logging in, validating accounts properly.. such a shame.. ps 12 hours later still not able to log in *arggggggggggg*

    Yeah, I hear a lot of people are getting calls and being told nothing they can do. If that ends up being what happens to me I'll be asking for a refund and at the least buying my copy elsewhere so they lose some money, my dollar is what I have to voice my disapproval of the way they're handling it.

    I understand that maybe last minute buyers could have a problem. but not people who bought Digital Edition a few weeks ago.

    I haven't been able to log in... kept getting the incorrect login info message. Checking my account, it was only showing Beta Access. Just checked a few minutes ago and it had been updated to Early Access and I am now logged in and getting ready to create my first character! Wooo hooooo

    Those of you waiting... it is hard but hang in there. Things are moving.

    I placed a ticket with support about 2 1/2 hours ago that I had purchased the Imperial Digital edition but that my account wasn't showing that I'd bought anything. I just got an email about forum access and my account shows my purchase. Not too bad to "opening day".

    I entered my 5 days early access code month ago. Are you telling me that it is proceeding for one month and still nothing changed? I need to wait two months? Or maybe a year? Guys, please... :(

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom‌ I've contacted support a while ago, but still no response. You have people purchasing the game, the bank accounts being charged, but the account status is not being updated with early access. A confirmation email is received, but there is no game code if that is what we need to redeem, only an order confirmation number.

    this is what is happening to me. i bought mine on the 20th and played early access and then now i got the emial they say that the registration code is in but all i see is a order confirmation number and i go to the site under billing history and see the number under digital imperial edition and try that number and still nothing and i have no money on my CC right now either to cover the authorize fee or w/e i see ppl talking about come on ppl i have a wife and 6 kids and i dont have tonnes of time to play and i been sitting here waitin for a email back and a phone call and the ability to log on or at least call you and your office is closed after going live ? seriously ? call me and fix my account and let me on .... i didnt just buy this today i have confirmation from the 20th ppl and now im havin reg code issues and CC issues wtf is going on .....
