Why Maw of Lorkhaj Trial : Quest Weekly Coffer gives Blue Item

All other trials quest weekly coffer gives purple item including HOF, AS
Is this bug or intentionally ZOS want to give blue item?
After Dragon Bone update patch, I am not getting 100% motif from cofer. Is this new change?

✭✭✭✭✭It is a strange discrepancy, but it's been like this since Maw came out two years ago.

✭✭✭✭✭Actually to be honest it's a bug that others give purple ones. If I recall correctly it was supposed to make all items blue from normals in coffers, when they decreased quality drops in normal. But at last I think nobody said anything.0 -

But there are only two coffers per trial. A normal coffer rewarded for normal and vet non-HM, and a premium coffer for vet HM. Doing the trial in normal and vet yields the same coffer rewards.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU
