Can't log into account

I understand many people are having problems logging into the game (problems with the client etc) but I can't even log into my account (that I created weeks ago when I preordred the game). Anyone else that have had that problem?

    No. Nothing happens when I push 'Sign in' button. No action and no error code. The site just stands there as I didn't do anything.

    Recommend restarting your system and trying again.

    Have done as suggested but that didn't resolve the issue. Have tried to log in with other computers as well. Also the same problem on them.

    Hmmm, sounds like Customer Support will have to reset your login and password.

    If you pre-ordered directly from Zenimax, then I agree with Greysix, you should message support from this site. You can email or phone.

    If you pre-ordered offsite, silly question but, have you redeemed your code? If not, then try creating a new account completely.
