Account does not reflect pre-order
Have an active account and pre-ordered the "Imperial" edition directly from ESO website, received the confirmation email and everything but account summary still only shows "beta access" and thus not able to login.
Submitted email for call back regarding this issue and have been on hold trying to call directly for quite awhile now.
Anyone with this issue been able to get a response or get issue resolved?
