Account does not reflect pre-order

Have an active account and pre-ordered the "Imperial" edition directly from ESO website, received the confirmation email and everything but account summary still only shows "beta access" and thus not able to login.

Submitted email for call back regarding this issue and have been on hold trying to call directly for quite awhile now.

Anyone with this issue been able to get a response or get issue resolved?

    As far as I can tell, there are many people with this issue (myself included) and no resolution / update / information as of yet. :|

    @stout2084nub19_ESO‌ Yep, lots of people with this issue it seems. There is another thread where someone is currently active with phone support and they are working on a resolution. Hopefully whatever they do to fix it will fix everyone's issue.

    Just got off the phone with support and basically have the same answer.

    Account is not reflecting the 'pre-order' status because there is some delay in the transaction completing and account being updated to reflect it. Guy on the line was very nice and respectful, is escalteing my account issue up to see if there is anything they can do to push the transaction through.

    Though from experiences just like this with other pre-order/launch days, if the delay is on the bank/paypay or whatevers side.. there will be very little they can do.

    Same issue here.

    However it's not related with my payment option or anything like that. I redeemed code but "Account Status" didn't update to Early Access.
