The biggest reason for me is the massive disparity between builds and player skill.
This is a game where you can run into one player who hits like a wet noodle and dies quickly, and immediately after run into another player who hits like a truck and is immortal.
That, to me, is the biggest thing that shows how bad the balance in this game is.
Raise the floor, lower the ceiling, and make players a little more equal in PvP so that actual skill plays a role in who wins.

Even though people in the past have said it is a fact of any war or fight, where more than 2 parties are involved, that factions will collaborate at times for mutual advantage, I don't like it.Cross Faction Collaboration. When Guilds from two Alliances agree to gang up on the third. My PvP Guild abandoned Vivec for Shor because of that reason and even then it's still prevalent in all Campaigns.

Defile accessability -> Major defile should be limited to ults or other very specific ways of acquiring it. No defile on snipe.
Defile scaling with CP.
