    Lock allliance per campaign, end of story. Heard the argument for and against and I'm sorry but this cheating wrecks the point of the war, and with that undermines the way people fight to some.big sprawling pointless deathmatch as the real goals are all scammed.

    Happy with a 48 hr lock, but per campaign better

    Mainly Lag. Also poor balancing decisions since probably One Tamriel or so.

    Best thing you can do is accept PvP as is and not continue to hope it’ll improve. Appreciate it for what it is.

    What's killing PvP is the the cause of the developers not doing anything. It has been clear for years now that the developers doesn't care about PvP or campaings at all. All they do is focus on more armor sets, more DLC, more crown store items. Where the same simple PvP/Campaign suggestions have been going around for years that could greatly improve the system remains ignored. They don't care about PvP becuase they don't make any money off of PvP, only PvE content.

    I like pvp but there needs to be something new. Weve been fighting the same battle for a loooong time.

    *add purpose to ic/sewers. Allow keys to be used in dungeons. All entries open, and massive drops for big rewards.

    Towns: cool idea, but needs more development. Similar to above, maybe there could be an item drop. Last faction holding the flag is alllwed to open a chest.

    *Escort missions

    *add purpose to resources

    Areas with new siege mecanics and craftable defenses.

    Small pvp zones in the open world that give faction buffs

    Can't say I'm eager for any kind of NPC escort missions.

    On the other hand, craftable defenses, maybe even different, craftable siege, like a siege tower or something. That would be awesome. It would give master crafters a role in pvp!

    Cross Faction Collaboration. When Guilds from two Alliances agree to gang up on the third. My PvP Guild abandoned Vivec for Shor because of that reason and even then it's still prevalent in all Campaigns.

    Nothing is killing PvP, but they should scrap the scoring system completely, since right now it only indicates which side the PvDoor-ers flock to during server off-hours.

    Agree with this. Even though people in the past have said it is a fact of any war or fight, where more than 2 parties are involved, that factions will collaborate at times for mutual advantage, I don't like it.

    I'd also like to see the map refreshed or updated; the same fights, at the same places, with the same tactics, time after time after time, gets a bit tedious.

    I'd also like to see more done to encourage defending keeps and resources. I got a 6.3k AP tick in Kyne yesterday in a failed defense of a keep, on top of any AP I got for enemy kills - a good change from 500 or 1k if you are lucky. Most people attack rather than defend because the AP is better.

    Lag, Constant Load Screens, game freeze, crashes. Those issues have plagued ESO PvP play for years. Why ZOS has not been able to fix the problem that's a good question for they sure have had enough time.

    I will add a lack of diversity.
    There needs to be incentive to have different builds. I have always been a fan of having skills perform better if less people around have it slotted, how that could ever be implemented? no idea. But you seem to find the same exact Ults used all the time too. Dawnbreaker much? Destro ult much? It would be nice if the class ults were used more, honestly other than leap i rarely ever get hit with a classed based ult.
    You tend to find the exact same build combos over and over. it grows stale. The game as is, basically screams hey wanna make a magic based toon? how about an Altmer?

    I do not claim to be great but i know my overall kill scores have a great deal more Altmers than anything else. Second is Dunmer. Now this could be i'm DC so i see the best magic races of my enemy factions and and i see practically zero Bretons because not everyone has the any race any faction perk. Still I kill very few Nords, is this cause they are tougher? or just rare?
    Now I know that the fact i kill these does not mean they are overpowered or underpowered, its just they there are so many because they are what is "the best options"
    Ummm stuff… about stuff…or something.

    1) technical problems
    2) failure to bring out each classes Lore/identity. Rather Zos decided what role each class should play for PvP (and PvE)

    3)AC. Combat looks glitched and ugly since we cant see our characters perform their moves and attacks.
    Fluidity is a bvllshit argument. Tera Online came out in 2011 and had blocking rolling countering and dashing as well as bashing stunning knocking back/up. Everything. You could admire every magnificent move of yours and your enemys character. Blocking rolling and any action that would save you from damage was performed instantly however any action that was happening at that instant would be cancelled. For real. No damage, no heal, no buff. If you decide to step out of the way if a sword, you cant expect to deal dmg. Unless if the action was a counter attack.
    Animation cancelling also favours characters with ranged light atks.
    Animation cancelling effectively makes any move with casting time useless in PvP (jabs, rapid strikes)

    4)no cooldowns

    5)bonus dmg from resources.
    "Oh ima stack on Magika. Stronger shields. Stronger heal through atk. Bigger pool to draw from to cast my abilties"

    6)How PvP is happening... Now, even though I dont play a NB I like ganging or being ganged. Real combat right there.
    Some times Id lose TV stones (when IC dropped ESO was at its best...) sometimes Id get them.
    Cyrodill is all about Forthnight around resources and walls and then at the breach its just a big AoE zerg. Staying out of Red circles, staying in Green circles.
    In other games at mass PvP 50-50 100-100 there would be an attempt to draw dmg by possitioning tanks at the front. Ranged chars would try to create distance and deal dmg.
    Melee fighters would w8 until its time to get into the brawl and go all out.
    Assassins would hide and get the healers.
    In reality once it all started mb none of that would happen, but youd have an opponent in your eyes. Youd try to kill him hed try to kill you and then move on to the next target. It would be awsome to glance at your friend next to you killing his opponent.

    AoE is bad for Cyro. With or without caps. It takes away any sense of combat or acomplishment.

    7)Passive dodge chance + endless resources. Like reeeeally endless, while being able to burst down.

    8)lack of any means to prevent morning capping. People need to be restricted. If you leave it to the community they will mess it all up for everybody including themselves.

    9)executions should be performed by only one class. Imho

    10) the ease at which you can swap sides.


    I must say that out of all mmorpgs I liked Esos story and maps the best (id still like no auto rez, less teleports, slower mounts for overland and mayby more mountainus terrains. Like really really steep. So steep that youd be prevented from mounting and head in a straight line to your next target with your eyes closed.
    But I think its time to pause.. address technical issues
    Address systems and classes.
    Add a couple of different weapons for magika players and a Polearm for maybe both stam and magika and stop selling new dungeons and new skins.

    Like really? How much money do you make from Dlcs and the shop? Cant you spare a cent to improve the soul of the game?

    Really close to coming back but there are so many things that I really dislike

    The most obvious to me is that you can't join in the campaign as "any alliance". If they made it so people can actually go in with their friends even if their characters are not in the same alliance, it would make it SO MUCH BETTER. Then just balance it so factions have roughly equal numbers.

    At the moment when 3 of my my guildies consider PvPing that's how it goes:

    "We should go pvp, I want to test my stamplar"
    "I'm keen, what alliance are you?"
    "Me too I'm keen, I'm AD"
    "AD, too, yay"
    "eh, I'm EP. You guys go ahead I'll go farm nodes in craglorn."
    "Nah it's ok let's do a random..."

    I see tons of people complaining about Zergs. I think we should fix it the same way Planetside 2 did, as they have a similar conquest system.

    Friendly fire. Then small groups can watch the big groups kill themselves! Would be great!

    ...Then trolls would kill their own teammates on purpose...

    I don't even think it's about getting a mutual advantage. It might be just cause these Guilds happen to these two Alliances and the GMs are friends so they team up, or they just have it out against one specific Alliance. In my case on Xbox NA that happens to be the Pact. The Blues and Yellows just LOVE screwing over the Pact for some reason.

    The only other example of this kind of multiplayer I have experience with is Planetside 2. Three sides in a free for all fight over the same continent. Usually the battles are only 1v1, however sometimes the frontlines will close in and it'll be a 1v1v1 threeway. Other times two sides will be fighting over a base and a squad from the third faction will fly in on their aircraft and start strafing everybody.

    But when it comes to collaboration, PS2 isn't nearly as infuriating as ESO. No matter what weapon you use, you are almost certain to down an enemy player in 5 shots max, no matter their level or class. And if your own team is blatantly aiding the enemy, well guess what, friendly fire is enabled, and in that situation teamkilling is justified.

    A billion times this. Get rid of the cancerous defile CP or nerf it. Balance is pretty good right now otherwise. Anyone saying there are unkillable builds out there ill just tell you that you can't 1vX good players. If you get 1vXed you either made a mistake or you don't know what you are doing. Look at your build, look at your self, learn to play and get better. Stop blaming the game on your short comings. The NA dueling tournaments Legend has been hosting have been proof enough that there is a mass variety of builds for every class making them pretty equal across the board, Every class has there strengths and weaknesses.

    I think the next DLC should be definitely PVP focused with PVE aspects.

    An example:
    New, big open pvp world map (but with some rules on this map: only solo or duo, no more ppl in party).
    The map as big as Cyrodiil or even bigger, rich in resources, delves, underground locations to explore, with daily PVE and PVP missions. Powerfull Bosses (like in vMA/vDSA/vTrials), so You need to take a risk and make some alliances with other players if You want to kill Bosses and loot some goodies (real goodies, not crap, like usual).

    But it's just my humble opinion...

    Add a permenant Global Moderator to every PvP campaign on every System.
    The chat and hostility tends to drive people away.

    I see people refuse to go in to PvP because of the bad rep that PvPers have for being made of Acid.

    Random load screens mid fight and normally long load times traveling from keep to keep.

    I can't tell you how many times I just turned off my xb for being suck in a long load screens and just not returned. It's the same for a lot of the people I play with if they get stuck in the loop of loading they just say screw it I'm done.
