Does block cost need to be nerfed a bit more? Permablocking is still a problem.

All DoTs and secondary effects go through block plus inumerous skills break block. Im not even gonna make a list here but EVERY class has methods to counter 'permablock'. From sorcs rune cage and curse to nightblades fear incap combo - even reverb's defile affect blocking targets and jabs basically proc block cost on CD.

Block has been nerfed first by removing stam recovery through block, then constitution nerf, then they DOUBLED how often block drains your stam from 0.5s to 0.25s (basically doubling block cost) and people still ask for more?

I don't mean to come off as rude here, but if you're honestly having issues against 'permablockers' then you really need to step up your game.

OBS.: Keep in mind when I say 'permablockers' im not talking about full time argonian tanks with 3x block cost reduction glyphs, 7x sturdy, 40k health. Thouse are tanks that have 0 damage and the only thing they can do is run duroks - which fair enough is super frustrating - but then the problem is with healing defiles and how it scales and not with blocking itself.

You can't permablock in pvp unless you are 100% a permablock build.

E.g. 3x reduced cost, full sturdy etc.... But those builds are useless.

On characters like magicka templar and magicka dk you need to block in order to not be melted. Though you can't perma block.

Everything goes through block now anyway, every character has something to deal with block.

Nb - Fear
Sorc - Rune
Dk - Fossilise
Warden - Sub assault/ magicka one
Templar - A single jabs/ sweeps will proc the blocking cost basically 4 times a second, it's max. It eats stamina.

Bleeds/ dots go through block, stupid skills like destro ult go through block.
