Doesn't have to be this way but goodness gracious ZOS got way too greedy. The dev team is way too small to meet the demands for new content and new cash shop content and bug fixes like this. ZOS execs and publishers are pushing to monetize every little thing as they let the game crash down, milking it for whatever they can along the way.
