Amongst my friends and i who play together, we're all agreeing that the game feels less responsive in PVP than it used to, (prior to dragon bones update) Not only dose it feel like im a bit weaker taking on a lot more burst from other players, especially stam classes. i also find i am hammering skills until they go off sometimes crit rushing through players and dawnbreaker the other side of them facing away.
The game to me is feeling much laggier, and i as a player feel weeker, and dodge chance is even more op.
im a decent PVP player its mostly where i spend my time in ESO,
Dose anyone else feel this is the case? How dose your class / build and your performance feel after the update in PVP for you?

Anyone been having problems with resto ult? This happens to me alot now, hit by a burst, barswap to shield and pop resto ult and "attempt" barswap animation cancel to get back on offensive. Healing ward goes off but resto ult doesnt. I end up dead or button smashing to back bar trying to shield once I realized resto ult didn't go off.
Can't tell if it's lag on my end or zos problem

This wouldn’t be as much of a problem if they were targetable. But they’re not.. and they can still attack you.

That's happened just a few times where they are still alive, just try and run away too rerend him, and he will appear normal again
