I hate to "blindly" customize my characters appearance

Repair definitely not working, cannot zoom in. Mouse pointer also disappears randomly.

I just did a repair, no luck... but making a dummy character, then making a new one DID work....

Hope this is helpful Devs

Just don't redeem your pre-order mail items on the dummy character.
