Well, the title kind of says it.
My opinion is Bahraha's Curse.

Thunderbug. I wouldn't recommend it for all content, but it does some nice passive damage on a sorc tank.

A few that come to mind - Fury for heavy armor pvp, the sun set for mag dk, sheer venom for stamblades. Marksman + spriggans/shieldbreaker combo in PVP as well can melt down people from a distance

    shacklebreaker.

You just can't go wrong with shacklebreaker. I don't know why its unpopular, pair it with another damage or sustain set and there you have yourself an easy build to play.

    Swamp Raider.

It's not as good in PvE as a pure damage set like Hunding's or Briarheart, but it's still pretty good. It procs on a much wider range of effects than the tooltip would lead you to believe, to the point where any stamina build can keep it procced close to 100% fairly easily.

And it can make for some nasty PvP builds. That's a big damage buff to Lethal Arrow, Poison Inject, Acid Spray, Spectral Bow, Killer's Blade, Incap, etc.

what do you combine it with? storm knight (wondering if the proc chance is high enough) or something like overwhelming surge or jolting arms or something completly different...?

I ran a leeching plate + bahraha's curse + grothdar setup on a nightblade tank for a long time. Was absolutely amazing doing stuff like skyreach grinding with that setup.

I've used it with Stormfist and Syvarra's Scales for two other AOE passive damage procs on a stam sorc tank. I've seen it comboed with Storm Knight.

I'd say its best in Public Dungeons, because of tightly packed trash mobs. Its good in Normal Dungeons for melting trash mobs and doing passive damage to adds while focusing on the boss. It loses a lot of its effectiveness on Vet Dungeons simply because the passive damage doesn't scale as well as player abilities.

Archer's Mind or Marksman. People still go about like crazy about Bone Pirate, but disregard Marksman entirely. At times, I think it's actually better. Just wish there were like other weapons besides bows for it, that's the only reason I go Bone Pirate over it on some builds. With the right setup, Archer's Mind is really really strong on stamblades. I don't think I know or heard of anyone else ever using it.

Torug's Pact is the best proc set in the game, if you think about it. The flexibility is amazing, too... you can change your whole build just by switching weapons.

I ran a magicka sorceror tank for a little while that used 5x thunderbug, 5x storm knight, and 2x storm first. Was really fun. Throw on boundless storm and power surge with bound aegis, basically just walk into enemies and you're throwing lightning procs out like crazy. Lay down liquid lightning and blockade of storms on top of it and you're not losing aggro, along with helping the team out with damage to some degree. Really good for pledge runs.

Combine swamp raider on a stamdk with morag tong - all of your poisons (even alchemical poisons, poison enchants, and monster set poison procs) deal 10% more damage, and you can use flames of oblivion for major savagery while slotted, it scales with highest stat (stamina/weapon damage in this case), and deals magic damage to keep swamp raider procced. Boosts venemous claw, noxious breath, corrosive armor, poison injection, acid spray, acid barrage, spawn of mephala, etc.

Oblivion's Edge. It's awesome. Heals you for a huge numbers everytime you kill the enemy (1300 HP!), and, moreover, fills an empty Soul Gem in your inventory! Great alternative for Soul Trap skill which is awesome as well. I have no idea why do people prefer Hunding's Rage. :D

Prayer Shawl. Incredibly high chance (6%!) to apply a shiled on ally (a huge 2800 shield)! Could someone tell me why does everyone prefer Combat Physician insted? :D
One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.

At a glance, because Combat Physican is giving a larger shield every time it comes off its 6 second cooldown if the healer has decent spell crit?

They are very hard to get, but that doesn't matter--you'll use either the ability-changing weapons (Master, Maelstrom, Asylum) or you'll use weapons of the set that you pair DM with.

When I use DM, I typically pair it with a crafted set. DM jewelry and two body pieces, four body pieces of the crafted set plus weapons of the crafted set, and then a 1p monster set (I prefer Domihaus since it gives me stamina that I can use to roll/block/etc.). Pairing DM with a set like Kag is a cheap and very easy way to outfit a low-CP alt account (the health and regen from Kag is very nice for my alt accounts that don't have much CP).

Can't argue with just a large amount of stats haha

Right now I'm looking at sets like Desert Rose and Magicka Furnace. I feel like something creative could be done with these sets.

While not technically speaking "unpopular", often overlooked or underrated. Rezzing with this set as a Templar healer feels really smooth, and can sometimes make the difference between a wipe or success. I don't PvP much but I'd imagine that this set would work wonders on a Templar healer there, too.

    Toothrow
Not many classes have innate access to Major Savagery, but do have access to Major Brutality. This set serves as an easy way to get both buffs permanently up (assuming an innate ay to get Major Brutality), for when Weapon Damage pots aren't required. Not an optimal set by far, but works well for instances where you'd rather save your fancy pots and use trash pots instead.

Because Sanctuary is a thing, TE gets no love but I just find this set to be criminally underrated as it's more offensive than Sanctuary could ever hope to be.
