It's game breaking bug for all nightblades and may cause huge DPS loss.

Well that's a bummer but the OP should be aware that Hemmorrhage does not affect magicka abilities, only stamina ones. This particular passive has been wonky for me for over 6 months

This passive and Templars peircing spear passive (which I have tested in the new patch and piercing spear is just fine) have ALWAYS increases both your crit hit Damage (this is just want zos calls this stat, just like how "spell damage" increases your base heals as well as the actual damage you do). This has never been the case. It is ALWAYS worked for both magic Damage and stamina based damage. As long as you have an assassination skill slotted on the bar you have activate. Unless you are talking about the minor savagery, the 3% weapon crit *chance* you give to you and the your group, then no kidding. I am talking about the crit hit damage part of the passive.

Well then it's been bugged for a long time, I've never had it increase crit damage on a magblade. I originally thought the 5/10% should work on all but the group buff clearly states weapon critical and does not include spell critical.

No, I understand the second part perfectly. The first part, on a magblade, I never saw any increase in crit damage with 2 pts in the skill. My crit damage with the skill and without the skill was always the same. It was readily apparent when using the spectral bow.

I dont know how it used to work, I just know what it says on description. "(WITH AN ASSASSINATION ABILITY SLOTTED) Increases your Critical Damage done by 10%. " AFAIK healing done and damage done are separate, though yes spell damage and weapon damage affect damage+heal with abilities (which it also says in-game i believe).

That is @aeowulf s baby and has been like that since they changed it to return stam or mag. So that is not new. The hemorrhage passive not working is.this should prob be in bug report forum, just had a quick scan & didn't see it, but there's like 2 pages of updated threads just from today so may of missed it
I didn't put it there because I wanted to have people actually see it and comment.
