A significant nerf to nb healing. But there actual hps was higher than every other healer when properly set up to heal, so no a big deal.

Link to a build? Might turn my nightblade to a healer :)

Please, nerf the healing of the class with worst healing in the game. Our heals not even moving the health bar while defiled wasn't enought.

srly... who da *** thought this was necessary? Was it that Wrobel guy again?

@Gilliamtherogue thoughts on the class passives of NB and temps not providing the extra 10% for heals, only damage?

On one hand it helps lower the total amount of healing amps in the game, which will help balance PvP a lot (although that means Befouled CP needs to be adjusted as well).

On the other hand it totally sucks that strengths of some classes are being taken away for no real reason, other than to seemingly match the tooltip more coherently. Odd that they chose to change this when other tooltips flat out lie or give complete misinformation.

    thanks for your honestly.

I know it means nothing, but that unsub that ZOS just saw was me. So yet another PVP complaint affecting a PVE healer role for group content? :(

Not everyone wants to just play the NB DPS meta... F@&^# this game and their lack of proper balancing!

The number of things that broke with this patch...

It is legitimately comical. Passives not working, the XP bug, UI bugs, broken addons, bar swap lag. At any other business with competent leadership, they'd be giving free stuff right and left because they screwed up so bad. But zos doesn't have that, which is why we see this over and over again.

On topic though, it would help to have screenshots for some numbers. Might help this issue get some traction and get it fixed.

agreed... no consequences for ZOS = business as usual. :(

Hey guys, apologies for the confusion here. We actually had a fix for Hemorrhage in Update 17 (with Dragon Bones) so it now only procs off Critical Damage.

you need to reconsider, when considering all other skills passives that boost crit healing along with damage. Why is this the "odd man out"?

Explain the logic for this specific change?

Nb healing on paper is actually the highest of the 5 classes in regards to hps, which admittedly isnt always the main focus. But since NB healers operate almost entirely on hots, it makes the nerf sting a little more, but really it just brings them more in line, numbers wise.

The person you quoted is completely wrong about NB having the worst healing in the game.

I have known for sometime that their healing was very good... This was good because not everyone gives a fig about the NB DPS meta. So I guess I'll just say "!@#&^" healing and switch to the DPS meta thanks to the nerf. "play as you want" my arse.

NB healer was by no means easy to play, as they lacked a real burst heal, so the crits were necessary to make up for this.. now we get F@*#&^ all.

Remind me again exactly why this was necessary? Was this the result of some PVP tears again? F!@*&#^ PVP versus PVE balance.

    done.

Hey guys, apologies for the confusion here. We actually had a fix for Hemorrhage in Update 17 (with Dragon Bones) so it now only procs off Critical Damage.

Then why does the templar passive, piercing spear, that does the same thing, add 10% crit hit damage, apply to heals? And the shadow mundas, it reads "increases your critical damage done by x" and it still applies to heals. What about the hemorrhage passive needed fixing but these did not?

    And thanks for the clarification.

Piercing Spear shouldn't actually affect healing either; that will be adjusted in the next update.

mor nerfs? Wait, is it the intention to kill off all crit bonuses to heal from every potential source? Let me know (hover over uninstall like anyone gives 2 F@#&!). I'd like to know just where to place ZOS on my !@#*&^ list, thanks.

If it's true, it should be fixed IMMEDIATELY!
It's game breaking bug for all nightblades and may cause huge DPS loss.

HOW TO HELL DO YOU ALWAYS MANAGE TO INTRODUCE NEW MAJOR BUGS WITH EVERY PATCH ZOS, THIS IS REALLY GETTING RIDICULOUS!

Its not a Elder Scrolls game without bugs ☺

it's a "feature" not a bug.. like animation canceling.

If you are taking away the power of Crit damage from templar's healing, does that mean you will take it away from Minor force and major force? What about CP that specifically states crit healing and crit damage. Whats the reasoning in regards to changing how CHD works in regards to templars but not the rest of the game?

That is what zos intends to do, at least according to @Minno
