Known Conflicting Addons (Dragon Bones)

At this point almost all addons have been updated and are working with Dragon Bones. GO UPDATE THEM. If you haven't updated them, you might have issues with the ones near the bottom of the list.

One addon is particular that is quite popular is still not updated, but a workaround has been found.

And paste them in your My Documents > Elder Scrolls Online > Live > Addons > MasterRecipeList > libs folder. Select "yes" when Windows asks to overwrite the files.

You'll be able to go into vendor menus as normal.

Since I last updated this post, these are still throwing errors/not working (and haven't received an update yet):
Dyer and Dye Station Achievement Links (Link)
PimpMyRide (not working)

These were broken, but have been updated (AKA fixed!)
ItemPreview (Furniture+Armor) - when using alt to leave window/conversation, locks everything up. (Link) (received an update so I'm assuming fixed)
CLS Updates gives error if xp notifications are on
No Thank You (Workaround) (Appears to be fixed, for me at least)
Idle Animations will make guild stores unable to be opened unless you turn OFF the "prevent rotating camera" option
Dressing room (showing wrong skills, not sure if it's just a graphical error or if it really attempts to put wrong skills on your bar - reports below that latest update works SO UPDATE!) (Link) (You may need to manually updated some skills that went wonky) (confirmed fixed)
LUI (confirmed fixed)
Crafting Preview - will make outfit station ui unusable. (Link) (confirmed fixed)
Greymind Quickslot Bar (if a collectible is slotted) (confirmed fixed)
Lorebooks (confirmed fixed)

Item Preview also prevented me from accessing the collectibles menu.

Greymind quickslot addon gave a flood of LUI errors on characters who had a collectible slotted.

Lorebooks triggered LUI Errors on my mule. It's not active on my other characters, so I don't know if it's more widespread. I'll have to test more.

No, Thank You doesn't seem to be working at all. It's active but is not handling notifications or UI errors, and isn't listed under settings > addons.

All have been updated f to the most current versions.

Not a long list of issues all things considered. Most addons were working fine. I'll do more testing after my staff meeting this morning.

PimpMyRide does not work with Dragon Bones. As far as I can tell there is no one maintaining it.

Dressing Room saved skill sets seem to be AFU.

Apparently ZoS, in its infinite wisdom, decided to change the skill ID's, so you'll see NB skills on DK's, Sorc skills on Wardens, even some Dark Brotherhood passives showing as skills.

The DR update does not seem to correct this, at present.

@Merlin13KAGL So does it still actually "work". If you click an old setup does it really put what it should on your bar? (I'm particularly curious because I use that addon... lots... lol)

@MissBizz Well, if you had the skill unlocked, yes it would swap it.

Thing is, with the ID changes, it's doing cool stuff like putting other class abilities in the loadout (which obviously are unslottable) and even some passives in some cases.

Sorry I missed your inquiry earlier.

I knew something was off when my DK had Overload and Twisting path in one combo...

@noequal_1_ESO All these addon will likely be updated by their respective author, or another author. Just give it time. Just wanted to make the list so if you got errors you knew what to turn off.

The new LUI update fixes the problem it had. However lorebooks still causes a popup when you first log on.

@Merlin13KAGL I've added the following note to the addon's page:

Also note that if your character did not have all 5 of the guild skill lines (Mages, Fighters, Undaunted, Thieves, and Dark Brotherhood) unlocked prior to Update 17, some of the guild skill will be incorrect. Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to account for this scenario and transition the data, so those specific skills will need to be manually adjusted by the user.

Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that problem. But the new data format used in 0.8.0 is much more robust and should be resilient against similar problems in the future. Unfortunately, the old data format used prior to 0.8.0 simply did not contain the context necessary for there to be a reliable automated fix for the issue with the guild lines (the class and AvA lines could be and were automatically fixed, but the guild line is... messier).

sheesh, talk about addon russian roulette...i was just starting to check out my outdated addons when I got the coolest message about the servers going down <g>...glad I saw this, I don't hafta pull my hair out about the master recipe list and confirmed what I saw about crafting preview...I guess for the next couple days will just run minion each time b4 I log in, and many of these issues will hopefully be ironed out...

All of these that were problematic for me this morning have now been updated, with the exception of No,Thank You. Cheers to our community of addon authors, you guys make things so much better!

NoThankYou can be made working by commenting out lines 292 and 293 of NoThankYou.lua, at least until it's patched.

I went hardcore, and commented out the section of code that's broken (because I thought I had already disabled it in the settings and still had issues).

i just ran through all my enabled addons to find out which were giving me trouble. the only issue i've had so far is with the merchant window that bugs out, and requires a /reloadui to escape from.

I'm sorry - LUI (as in errors with the addon LUI Extended addon) or LUA errors?

Also I can confirm for LUI, 5.3 and 5.3.1 update - the error with Skills Advisor is fixed.
