Cannot able to submit account recovery for country change

Hi,

I moved between countries and I am unable to make any purchase with my old country in the file. I followed directions at customer care knowledge base to open a ticket for changing my country but there is no option to submit the form. After the "Describe your problem in detail" part, I cannot submit the form.

    I have the same problem and found this link. Submitted a ticket earlier today but still waiting for a reply so can't guarantee it'll work.

    Thanks for the answer. I am actually doing the same thing, but there is no option to submit that account recovery template. I am filling it as instructed, but cannot send.

    Hi @Jelaroth,

    When using the account recovery form:
    • Enter E-mail address
    • Enter UserID
    • Choose Platform
    • Choose "No Longer Have Access" as Issue Type
    • Answer all AOV questions / provide all other information necessary (once the outlines of the boxes turn green, that means they're good to go)!
    • In the "Describe your problem in detail" box, enter the questions/answers listed here
    • Then click SUBMIT at the bottom - if a submit button does not appear, then something isn't filled out correctly
