There is the question, though, of what happens if someone who is contacted doesn't respond, or if they respond and are found to be ineligible (e.g., if they live in a place with restrictive sweepstakes regulations). Does that prize just become forfeit? Or will they re-draw and go through the whole contact-and-verify process again? I got an e-mail in January saying that I was a potential winner and asking for my name and address to "verify" my eligibility. I e-mailed them back with this info... and got no response. Nothing saying that my eligibility was verified, no tracking information when the item was sent out, not even a confirmation saying that they received my info (a part of me was wondering if the e-mail was delivered successfully). In fact, I had completely forgotten about the whole thing, so it was slightly surprising to come home one day and see this box at my doorstep.
Anyway, thanks ZOS!
