Account security question problem.

Back in 2014 when I made my game account we did not set up security questions but now it asks for an answer to one to change many things including setting a new one. Problem is there is no right answer to what it asks me. Can I get some help fixing this?

I'd suggest a customer support ticket.

I tried but when I go to support all I get is the web assistant with no options to start a ticket. Guess I'm too dumb to find a way to start a ticket.

If you are unable to answer your secret question, you should contact Customer Support by using this form and select the issue, "No longer have access / can't remember email on account." This will prompt you to provide all the information our support agents will need to assist you.
