✭ZOS would add Cyrillic font support to the game at least. It's so easy. But they don't care.
Sometimes I ask myself why am I still playing the game while developers pretend like there's no Russians at all.

It's not about foreign language. At least, I hope OP's reason wasn't just the language itself. The problem is the game doesn't support normal Cyrillic fonts.
With Cyrillic support all Russian text looks like this:

✭and just cauze I wittnessed it yesterday once again, being in VVardenfell, and though the moderators may censur me again because I go full force against hate, raccism and other things we thought already overcome long ago in this age of mankind!
being from an other country, and using the zonechat to find buddies, a guild or just help in your own language, don´t give anybody else the right to post in the zonechat (EU-pc, primetime)
1.Hatefull comments against those posters
2.Discriminizing comments on the nations these posters may come from
3.total loose control of themselves and get even more hatred and violent in their comments, as they notice there are more like them in chat and then things come up.... I want tell anymore, cause this got so bad, such players should get an instant lifetime ban (ofc I wrote for each of them a ticket, with screenshots)
and yes the moderator may "snip" again, but I stand up against hate and racism!

The problem is their spamming in the Zone chat and not only them spamming, france, germans too.
