I am considering coming back to the game but must be doing something wrong or i misunderstand something.

It is about 4 years since i have played. I have logged onto my account page and it says

So i wanted to log into the game and see what my latency was like before i committed to buying expansions and a sub and it was my understanding i am eligble to do this?

I have reset my password and received confirmation via email of my correct user ID but every time i try to log in a get the Log in failed message.
