I did nothing different when I got home and this error came up with launcher "unable to decompress patch manifest data, please restart laucher and try again" also tells me to try to repair but when I try to repair it stops right away and gives me the same error.
anyone familiar?

magictucktuck✭✭✭✭✭now I did bypass launcher and open it from my files and it works. but am I going to have problems in the future I'm guessing? @ZOS_GinaBruno2

CreepySpydre✭✭✭I got it to... but got to your client folder and 2xclick on eso64.exe, and you will be able to play. At least I am in.

I too opened the game with the eso64 file. This file is in "(((C:\Program Files (x86))))\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client"
(((Go to the folder where the game is installed)))
Side Note: If your client is out of date this won't work.Fan of playing magblade since 2015. (PC NA)

Skua✭✭✭I have the issue also and was able to bypass it by opening the file mentioned above, I also use steam. If you aren't sure where you saved it with steam right click on the game in your steam library, hit properties, select local files, then browse local files and it will take you there. After I was in the folder I clicked the Elderscrolls online folder, then the game folder, then the client folder and the eso64 was in there if that helps anyone.1
