This mainly happens in Elden Root but has happened in other cities too and even while questing out in the wilds.
I'll log in I give it 5 minutes so everything loads (or it seems to have), so I start to run to a crafting quest board to pick up dailies and another load screen pops up for anywhere from 2 or 3 seconds to a few minutes, sometimes I get multiple screens in a row and sometimes they last 5+ minutes and I end up force closing them on task manager and relogging in again.
This can happen multiple times in a single log in too; I log in, start moving, get another load screen for a few seconds, then I can can do my crafting dailies, run off and hand them in and on the way back get another load screen.
It gets damn annoying, the only explanation I could find online was that I was moving server "shards" to be on the same as friends and guild mate, but I dont have anyone on my FL and im not and have never been in a guild so I guess that's a bull-*** theory.
I have played on and off since Beta and never recall ever having this problem till around a month or maybe 2 ago.
