Teleporting from the sky

So what cheat or addon allows you to teleport out of the sky in cyrodiil? walls and gates were not breached but I now have video evidence of about 25 different people materializing out of thin air in the same spot and not a single one was a nightblade. How many addon or cheat engines are still ok with ZoS?

Video is 15 minutes long, also didn't remember me havinga, DC Dk. But at around 14:15, look at the sky. You will see a person running in the Sky. Literally running down, not joking. This Mysterious Person runs very fast. So don't blink or you will miss him/her. might have to watch many times at around 14:15 in the video. Just to see what I'm saying about the Man and the Sky. Also I on PS4 Eu, not such things as add on.

How weird...

Saw someone ressurrect themselves in Cyrodil - not fixed that yet either!

Was the person low level and just went to new level? It's normal for PvPer's To revive self once gained new level. Not to mention dying in front of NPC guards, after revive again, from new lvl.

But now if it's none low lvl and 50+ I thought that was fixed, due to many revived self in IC. (unsure about Cyrodiil, but did saw this myself in IC)

Really that long? Can't believe honestly, probably why I didn't remember having DC Dk. But since title was about flying, just wanted to show and see if it's same thing as in video. Thanks for understanding

Not sure - they had been killed by players - I just saw them get up all ghostlike and run around for a bit!

But I see your on PS4, Don't think it's good advice; probably not. But next time you see this and really unsure in the future. Try sending a ticket and explain briefly (just don't do it way to often, ZOS are very busy people to and someone else could of need the ticket way more than you)

But before you make a ticket, there is a button on PlayStation controller. Think called share? Press it and select video option only. (Note: should save 15 minutes of gameplay after pushing button)Then write a ticket in game after saving capture video. Then go to sharefactory on ps4. Edit your video for ZOS. Most of time video could see what you usually missed on. Happens to me a lot, see everything of what I missed from fighting (healing) but see everything on share factory)

You should already have a ticket support. (besides your ticket is stamped in game, meaning the time around incident happening. ZOS can see logs to) but in your email, if you upload Your Video that you capture on YouTube, from share factory. Post your YouTube video into the same ticket you got. Just reply back in same ticket with Video proof. It helps ZOS to. But do this only if your unsure, other people most likely need tickets really bad to (emergency, toon been deleted or you been banned)

If it was inside an unflagged keep then they were probably just hiding to take it back later. I've been in 24 man groups that hid inside the boxes in the corners of the keeps to wait and take it back later. Btw all classes have access to stealth, not just Nightblades.
