If we are talking about website customer service (not in-game), then it's good. Not the best in my memory, but still good.
All problems were solved. And quite quickly.
But in-game customer support... Well, it's another story.
Honestly the worst customer service experience I ever had
You never played any EA games yet have you
The 2 most major companies that I know of so far that have the worst customer service out of any games i've played were Wargaming & EA
Just going to say that if your playing any Wargaming game and partner up with someone that's using a 3rd party to hack the games you get put into you also get banned as well and they don't care if you didn't know or not.
My experience with Customer Support started in April 2014 with the Billing/CC problems. Had several since.
Between then and now, I must be one of the lucky ones, as CS has been very good IMO.
Once I started a thread here about a graphics issue I was having and a CS person saw it and Contacted Me!!
It took a bit but they actually helped me solve my issue.
Thank You Customer Service!
Huzzah!

“When the people that can make the company more successful are sales and marketing people, they end up running the companies. The product people get driven out of the decision making forums, and the companies forget what it means to make great products.”
It's different for every case. My account-based issues were solved over the course of about 2 weeks but they weren't game-breaking so I can't blame support for not prioritizing them.
All-in-all, I think the in-game management needs some major overhauls, but the email-based correspondence is relatively reliable.
zos accidently banned my acc. I WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR RESONSE where they said "we will look into it""! waited 1 more week or so before i realised i wont get any ansewers if i wont spam em all day long with petitions

Getting to the point of being able to get help from a person was frustrating. But when i did manage to reach a person they were fast and helpful. Overall the game still gets an low score because of the massive amounts of bugs i shouldnt be encountering in a non beta version. But thats another novel...well more like a trilogy.
Back in the day, I used them and they were difficult to get to, but once you got to them, they were pretty good. 4 stars. 3 stars if you didn't know how to work the system.
Since then, I think ZOS bundled all that up and dropped it on Bethesda's doorstep.
I have had nothing but positive experiences and no several others who've had really above-and-beyond responses from ZOS.
But I also know some people who've gotten the old radio-silence treatment. So it's hard to say. Like many companies, it seems very inconsistent and dependent on who gets your case.
