So why there is no ESO+ advantage for this completely cosmetic system seems like a bad omen. Like they are done adding value to ESO+.

You must put on your "outfit", have your weapons be part of the "outfit" and then pay the gold to dye your weapon. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I can understand paying a one time fee to, for example, make your ugly Necropotence Staff look like a cool staff in one of the rarer and more appealing motifs. But having to pay gold to then dye it? And pay again when the dye looks weird in regular lightning outside the dye station so you redo it? And then pay yet again when you simply get bored of the color scheme and want something different?
I understand that armor dying is only free because it dates back to the days when subscription was required to even log in. So it was not really "free". It was paid for by the mandatory (at the time) $15/month subscription fee. But the costume dying, which was added after subscription became optional, seemed like the right solution. Free for subscribers - not free for non-subscribers. Seems like Outfit dying should have gone same route. Free dying for subscribers - not free for non-subscribers.
Nobody wants ESO+ to become pay to win. And you really cannot get any less pay to win and purely cosmetic than this outfit system. So why there is no ESO+ advantage for this completely cosmetic system seems like a bad omen. Like they are done adding value to ESO+.
