It time to give the ball groups something real to worry about. Proxi is a great ability as it stand no need to change it but the other morph needs to be a serious counter to organized play groups. Increase this morph to x5 more damage and force players to think about spacing purging.

With the change to aoe caps you won't need a buff to detonation. Is they buff detonation, we will be back to detonation zerg balls, the tool that was supossed to kill zergballs just empowered them.

Change proxi so it works like Mark of the Worm(bg trap with higher damage) if you are in a group(no damage on members outside of your grp to prevent trolling) so this skill will no longer be used by ball groups.
First there was a current change on pts to this ability. Secondly Proxi det was always a point blank AOE the was and is specifically used by ball groups. However the other morph. The ranged ability was never used and still won't be used due to the purge mechanic and the cast time mechanic.
It makes absolutely no sense to me to continue to empower stacked ball groups. What we will see without any real abilities designed to counter the tight ball groups is simply more of the same behavior without worries. What they will do is the same they have done since launch when no AOE caps existed. Ball up spam healing springs and destroy ulti killing everyone they come in contact with.
You want to change this behavior, change inevitable detonation to insta cast with 3 second delay on detonation. Make it not purg-able and increase it's damage considerably. If a group wants to be organized then fine. If a group wants to ball up and compact so much dps in a small 10m radius fine. But at least have the *** foresight about what is coming with the AOE cap removal to add a powerful zerg counter to the game. For a player that has been here and has witnessed every meta played every meta since launch, what makes anyone think the results will be any different than before if something is not added that directly counters this type of play.
