Things bug out on people all the time. But its well known that animation cancelling fear prevents the targets from being able to break free. Which ofc, gets abused frequently, like all broken things.

Lol it's not a exploit. I animstion cancel fear all the time and people still instantly cc break it. CCs in general are just buggy. Fear is just very noticeable because of the long duration. But it doesn't bug out any more than crystal frag or dizzing swing. All CCs in the game are unbreakable at times
Fear can be cancelled in a way that prevents people from being able to break it, no matter the stam pool. Hence breaking the intended mechanic of being able to cc break.
Try assigning break free to a single hotkey instead of the *** default left+right click. I've literally never been feared and unable to cc break.

I won't argue the fact that all cc's bug out at times. Prime time, getting zerged down and my cruddy Aussie latency have all seen me witness various unfortunate bugs.
But Braidas' video is aimed at one broken mechanic in particular, not all cc's. So that's what I'm discussing
So tl;dr Fear CC needs to be looked at (possibly reworked?) as it's one of the more buggy and exploitable cc's in the game

You can see my character start the break free animation but nothing happens (clearly had enough stam).
