Do you mean the healing it's supposed to do? It does show 18% of damage done in the vid, but that's due to using Equilibrium to reduce my health. On live, it heals 36% of the damage done, and that's what it's supposed to heal on the PTS.

The healing seems like an obvious bug, but I`m more curious about the 140% extra damage to the closest target and how it synergies with other multiplying damage effects
Launch a relentless assault, striking enemies in front of you four times with your Aedric spear and dealing X Magic Damage with each strike. The closest enemy takes 140% additional damage each strike, and their Movement Speed is reduced by 70% for 2 seconds on the final hit.

you heal for 35% of the damage done with this ability.

so by the number that are dioplayed, you have 1563 as the base and 3723 as the closest enemy, that is less then 140%.
1563*140% = 2188.2
2188.2 + 1563 is 3751.
something's not right.
Even the sound effects for it are bizarre on the PTS. How is it possible to continue to mess up a skill so badly?!
