Ah, a ZOS apologist.Paulington wrote: »I mean, it's common sense I would have thought.
You make a character with your available races, and if you then subsequently wish to change your character's race then it will only be possible to change to ones you have available normally.
In future, I'd recommend googling stuff like this before you do it..

There is no such thing as "Imperial Edition any race, any alliance" bonus.boombazookajd wrote: »So the Imperial Edition "any race, any alliance" was a PRE-ORDER condition and now I have to find the actual upgrade.
What in the actual capital F word, over!? Can they be any more misleading and vague???

There should probably be a warning in place for people who are not sensible enough to realize 'the obvious'
Basically a line that says "this item cannot circumvent the need to purchase any race/any alliance as an upgrade"

Are you joking? I need to google this? The item is a RACE CHANGE. There are no requirements listed on that service. I think you need a reality check.
ALL races are available to me, so tell me what race isn't available to me?

Why is the consumer getting boned on every single transition "the obvious" and why are people defending what is actually obviously a confusing marketing practice when they could just as easily advocate for those who keep this game chugging along (the consumer)?

Coffee is hot. Intuitive.
Race change to only 2 of 10 available race is NOT intuitive.
