even went for walk for 15 minutes, still no pts-still loading. Had to shut my pc down to exit loading screen. After reboot, tried to get into PTS again and got ERROR Can't connect to sever.

The issue loading existing characters should be resolved tomorrow (they have to do a server maintenance)Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
