Akin to Thieves Gild, Clockwork City etc...possible even with a skill line
Vigilants might also be a timline conflict - maybe a precursor? I am not 100% on all the timeline but im sure you nerds will correct me :-)

I've always been fascinated by them, if only because they seem to have the least amount of species lore (they show up in stories as characters but so rarely is the story about their history, culture, location) - ESO has done an interesting job of expanding what little we know about the hist trees, but I'd like to see more
besides the dark scales or whatever their assassin league is called...oooh, wait...

✭✭✭✭✭Bard's CollegeThe interesting thing for dawnguard is that it could be a crossbow themed skill line and bards college a performance arts based skill line...brings something new to the table...and the dawnguard armor from skyrim looks awesome0 -

Competitive arenas with random players, solo or in group.
Something like Heroes Ascent, Gvg and Random Arenas we had in Guild Wars 1.
