not true. sherr Venom proc only on execute in 6 sec and viper from any ability from start every 4 sec

Sheer venom procs from poison injections dot ticks. I.e. very easy to use. Trust me I have used this set a lot.

Watched him melt people with sheer venom. I would trust koensol if he says its good.

Viper used to provide strong burst damage that has now been turned into Dot damage. It is trash now for burst builds that used it. Weapon damage is better now than Crit since impen and heavy armors remove so much Crit burst.

For PvE you are probably right, I wouldn't know.

But this is a PvP thread and if you can reproc the bleed on a target before it ticks then you probably didn't need bleeds to kill that target or they are a super tank DK and bleeds aren't going to kill them anyway. With dodge rolls and having good opponents forcing you on to the defensive/back bar the extra bleed chance from two axes is useful in PvP.

Just to clarify, sheer venom procs off the dot from poison injection, so if you use PI > bar swap, you won’t get the sheer venom proc. This is of course if you only have sheer venom on your bow bar.
You can however, bow bar another set and use sheer venom 2h or dw and do the same thing.

Sheer venom > viper for me too. But I don’t think viper is useless.

You are correct. If the first dot ticks when you are on your 'non sheer venom bar' it does not proc. But like you said you have 2 options. Having it on both bars, or on the melee bar. Whenever a poison injection dot ticks and sheer venom 5 piece is active at the time it does, it will proc.
