While a Frost Staff is equipped, blocking cost Magicka instead of Stamina, and your Physical and Spell Resistance is increased by 2640.- Ancient Knowledge (Passive): With Destruction Staff ability equipped... Frost Staff reduces the cost of blocking by 15/30% and increases the amount of damage you block by 10/20%.
- Ancient Knowledge (Passive): With Destruction Staff ability equipped... Frost Staff reduces the cost of blocking by 15/30% and increases the amount of damage you block by 15/30%. You also gain Minor Heroism, granting you extra Ultimate every 1.5 seconds.
Then that's it!
