I submitted a ticket but I wonder if this is normal behaviour for an account suspension perhaps?
I don't get any messages when I try to log in to account on the site, it doesn't say wrong details, it just doesn't log me in and shows me the empty form again.
I tried on another browser and had similar issues, in fact it wouldn't let me past the date of birth check when I entered numbers it just reloaded the page.
I was able to log into support with my account details for some reason though.
My launcher (non-steam) has disappeared (?!) but my game is there and eso64.exe still works and I can log into the game when it does.
No anti virus is currently installed and last scan was over a week ago.
I have a dynamic ip address, and am forced to put a code in from my email address pretty much every time I previously visited account login as I'm told my computer isn't recognised.
Other factors, I got an email saying I'd successfully paid for a subscription renewal today.
I've played the game on and off (mostly on) since beta, put a LOT of time, and a fair bit of money into the game and hope there is some hope of an answer here.
