Launcher disappeared. Unable to log in to account on site.

I submitted a ticket but I wonder if this is normal behaviour for an account suspension perhaps?

I don't get any messages when I try to log in to account on the site, it doesn't say wrong details, it just doesn't log me in and shows me the empty form again.

I tried on another browser and had similar issues, in fact it wouldn't let me past the date of birth check when I entered numbers it just reloaded the page.

I was able to log into support with my account details for some reason though.

My launcher (non-steam) has disappeared (?!) but my game is there and eso64.exe still works and I can log into the game when it does.

No anti virus is currently installed and last scan was over a week ago.

I have a dynamic ip address, and am forced to put a code in from my email address pretty much every time I previously visited account login as I'm told my computer isn't recognised.

Other factors, I got an email saying I'd successfully paid for a subscription renewal today.

I've played the game on and off (mostly on) since beta, put a LOT of time, and a fair bit of money into the game and hope there is some hope of an answer here.

    I entered a competition for something recently, either this game or quake champions, then found out it was for NA residents only.. I don't think they'd disable my account for that reason.

    I ran a defrag, updated my BIOS, updated my browser (crashing issues in games quite a lot).
    Haven't changed much else.

    And when I say it works through ES064.EXE what I mean is, I enter my login details and it shows a loading screen.. though it still crashes currently due to some mobo or gpu issue. I think if you're banned you'd find that out without a loading screen?

    Able to re-install the launcher via an executable someone shared in another post, which loads up the game fine.

    Still can't log in to the account management site though.
