You don't for the old ones, the newer ones ZOS has buffed to try and actually make the group based content (like intended).GreenhaloX wrote: »Well, I can't speak for WoW, as I don't play that. However, for ESO, you don't necessary need 10 or 20 people to take out a world boss.
You are not supposed to fight them alone. Sure, some people can, which is awesome, but you're not supposed to. There is always people around anyways, even at weird times (I live in NA zone and play in EU, I have never failed to find random players waiting for the bosses to spawn at any given time).

I don't get one shotted and not sure what you are referring too. L2P issue here it seems, either that or L2G, learn to group.
If you think that works boss is difficult, try solo’ing the Golden Saint world boss in Stonefalls. By far the hardest world boss I’ve fought to date.

You're right on with this.. Even the Morrowind's world bosses are a bit more buffed than previous, and the current CWC ones have been upped a little bit more. You are not supposed to fight them alone. @itehache, typically, yes, world boss pits aren't made for solo action; however, similar to vMA, if you have the right set up and know the mechanics, most boss pits are soloable (for those willing.) I don't typically go around searching to solo the boss pits, but will in necessity. I mainly do it for the XP and practically only on DLC boss pits that gives 18.5k hp, such as those in Wrothgar and the Gold Coast. Plus, if you do those boss pits during enlightment, that's 74k XP a pit. So, there were and still are times when I pick up the world boss daily, get to the pit, and no one else is there. For Wrothgar, aside from the Mad Ogre, I'll go ahead and dive right on in sololy. I may finish it sololy, or at times, others will then show up. Same with the Gold Coast. (Aside from Wuyuvus,) those other pits in Morrowind are also soloable (again, for those willing,) but I typically don't as you only get 9.5 or 9.8k hp for the reward drop. Same with those two in Hew's Bane. Well, I haven't played CWC enough yet to figure out the two boss pits' mechanics, and currently, there are always other peeps/toons waiting or going at it. Although, there were just a couple times with only 3 of us, and we cleared the pits. So, for CWC, you're also getting 9.5 or 9.8k hp for the reward drop; so, it's not attracted enough of an HP award for me to want to solo it.starkerealm wrote: »Okay, I just cleared an Imperfect fight where everyone else wiped mid combat. Yup. ha ha. I'm actually surviving more with my stam toons, by sticking and move more and also keeping away from getting to close to other toons. Yes, as @runagate mentioned, it does seem the red from each toon overlapped with other toons, and that would cause the higher blast or one-shot; similar to that female boss (forgot her name) in vCoH, where she pulls everybody in, suspends all, and if any rolls back and into another player's circle, yeah, it becomes a one-shot for both.

Nice.. I love it. Ha ha. You two made my day. Thank you.. Although, both of you and the other L2P and whatnot trolls must be in the same elitist or troll club.

There is of course 2 World Boss that you should be on the lookout for... Assuming you wish to continue solo’ing somewhat hard bosses. Well... 1 in particular, as it is much harder to deal with than the others. And that is the titan daedra boss from the Orsinium DLC. Even on my main (PetSorc), that WB can shut me down from the numerous scamps that run at you and explode. The other being the ice ogre world boss, that tends to self-heal quite a lot, and put out high damage. Not nearly as strong as the titan world boss, however.
