What happens to my active quests if I cancel ESO Plus?

Quick question. I just purchased ESO Plus for the very first time.

Let's say I have completed about 90% of the quests in Orsinium, but I decide to cancel ESO Plus.

If I renew ESO Plus or decide to purchase Orsinium several months down the road, will my progress in that zone be saved? Or does it "reset" to zero, and do I have to progress through the quests all over again?

Your progress stays where it was in DLCs unless in the meantime you delete the active quests waiting in your quest journal. Then only those quests begin at the start of the quest

Losing DLC access only prevents you from entering those locations. Nothing else changes, and your quests will stay exactly as they were (as long as you don't abandon them, of course). You can even earn achievements related to that DLC--e.g., you can get the Thieves Guild motif achievements and the launder-this-much-gold-at-these-locations achievements even if you've never owned the DLC. If you have an active quest that involves doing stuff outside of the DLC zone, those parts of the quests are still doable, too. All you lose is the ability to enter the DLC areas. That's it.

Thanks. But I keep the contents of my craft bag until it slowly dwindles down to zero, correct?

Or are all the items in my craft bag taken away from me once I quit ESO Plus?

No craft bag stays, you just can't add to it

As stated you keep what is already in your craft bag. You can remove from it, but not add to it. Note that when you are crafting it will pull from your craft bag before your inventory.
