So I finally got around to rolling a character in the EUPC server and it seems rather dead to me compared to NA. And yes I am accounting for the local time 
I've played in the EU server at all hours of the day and night and the same with the NA server.
It's just my own very small sample experience but I have for example had to solo or duo that dolmen near Vulkhel Guard and that just never happens in the NA server. All cities I've been to just seem emptier in the EUPC server also. Are you guys getting partitioned into instances by language preference or is it just in fact deader there?
I'm interested in hearing what others who have played in both servers think.

Dungeon queues on prime time seemed to take longer (it could be that most players there play with friends/guildies), and there weren't as many 'LFG' posts on the zone chat. And then I checked the alliance page, and saw that all the factions were pop locked, which was the case for various times of the day, so my guess is that everyone's in Cyrodiil

✭✭✭✭✭There are a lot more zone PUGs for trials on EU, and the trial leaderboards are more active and competitive. But that's just what I notice.
Oh, and Rivenspire is more likely to have split into two instances on EU than on NA (I notice that easily because I practically live in Shornhelm).
I think on the whole, EU's population is larger. There are separate German and French zone chats, and zones do split off into separate instances once they hit a certain population, so that could mask the true level of activity.Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

There technically is an english chat too, but does anyone ever use it? xD. In General the possibility of higher population in mmos makes sense over here because in Europe we have a higher population than the US.0
