A couple of the crown crate ones. Like the Storm Attronach transform, or the Spriggan transform. Also, the Storm sprint and leaf dance effects.0 -

But sucks when you are in a vet trial and pop your potion only to realize you didn’t change it out. The animation is long and not cancelable.
Accidentally smokebombed a boss in Maw of Lorkhaj once, because I'd forgotten that I'd slotted the smokebombs to demonstrate to a guild member that, "no, really," there are mementos other than the mudball you can throw at other players.0 -

IMHO this is a necessity on all toons - and should be longer and be instantly re-usable
This is a "must have" on all my toons, along with the banker and the merchant, as well as potions and food.
Of course the Nirnroot Wine is a great one too if you think only of fun and not practicality
