I've only just discovered that mementos could be assigned and used....Best so far The flaming axe from old orsinium.

    I enjoy the mudballs.

    The jubilee cake is also nice.
    Great for placing in front of doors.

    Knew could play around with them for a while now but that somehow did not translate in my mind to actually using them in the game :o

    But last time through the Labyrinth bit in Coldharbour remembered had Almalexia's lantern thingy which made traversing it sooo much easier........

    The one you get from a quest in MW that gives you a lightning staff in the style of vMA ( forget the name )

    I use it and I get to see a staff I'll never own

    Heres a hint/tip/spoiler for you - when you do the quest to the east of the city with the combined high elf/khajiit, choose to save the Khajiits life.

    When you get to the darkened labyrinth, he will be there to give you a very bright alchemical lamp to guide you through :)

    But yes, Almalexia's Light is very useful
    Twilight Memento was awesome when it levitated you. Now it is ok.
    And er.. mysterious meat sack is up there too :P

    Omg yes the axe. Slot it and use it instead of potions in challenging fights. Might die and get kicked but absolutely worth it.

    My personal favourite is the Discourse Amaranthine due to the quest and location it's involved in.
    Some of it's effect only being seen by the user and their character's action is the only thing other players see is a nice touch.

    The black sacrament momento from completing all the achievements related to the sacrament dailies. Hard to achieve and a great animation.

    But sucks when you are in a vet trial and pop your potion only to realize you didn’t change it out. The animation is long and not cancelable.
