@Katahdin you can have a conversation with him at the end of Dlc and ask him why he says that. It's a convoluted response, but essentially implies that the player character has the capacity to see the world as a jail, with its door leading out, whereas sotha sil himself is too at home.
This specific exchange about the terminology was interesting too but would have made page very long haha

✭✭✭✭✭If you completed Asylum before the dying-apostle-who-wants-a-factotum-body quest, there will be extra dialog in that quest. And if you completed that quest and then did Asylum, there will be an extra dialog option at the end of Asylum.

Fexelea✭✭✭Indeed there are a lot of things that I didn't fit in, please keep sharing the ones you like!. The outcome of the sibling fight, the outrage of the Dark Elf in front of the basilica, and many interesting lorebooks laying about.
This has been a very rewarding DLC and, imo, one of the best that Zenimax has put forth. Really enjoyed it

This probably refers to us, the player, who is always a prisoner in Elder Scrolls, but he also explains why he calls us this in your conversation with him. We can see the walls and door to our cells, and through the bars of the door, but he can only see the walls.Jumps-In-Water - Magicka Templar
