Yea, these are starting to stack up in my inventory bag. Currently we cant deposit these into our bank, trade or even sell them at a guild store. Is this going to be fixed?

    Hopefully Zos will realize they need to be stackable at the very least. Even better if we could bank them and stack them all in one place.

    Zos has been slow at realizing things need to be stackable and bankable. Runes used to stack to 10 or 20, similar with pots and some other things.

    Hopefully the bring about the change on the faster side like they did with master writs vouchers vs the 3 years it took to be able to bank AP.

    Kinda makes the 200 limit a bit pointless when you can just store the geodes in your inventory anyway. Sorry, it doesn't make it pointless. It just adds to inventory frustrations that many players already have.

    ZOS, your 200 limit isn't stopping me from having 700+ stones on me. It just makes storing them more annoying. If that's what you were intending with your arbitrary limitation, then job well done.

    Well seeing as I PvP primarily, there are so many sets that I want to transmute that I have days worth to use up. Ravager Nirnhoned, BP nirn, turn some monster sets and other dropped sets into impen so I don't have to farm. So that's what I'd do

    Got 20 from an reward of the worth and 2 from an random normal dungeon.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Im extremely disappointed in the drop rates i cleared a normal and get 1 crystal i clear vet with scroll got a grode from boss and from quest turn in amd both yielded 1 crystal the drop rates are stupider than farming for the gear itself....

    The first problem is ZOS adding an arbitrary cap on the number of crystals that you can have. It's ridiculous, it's player-hostile, and if their goal is to stop people from hoarding them for a new patch, the fact that you can leave geodes unopened kinda negates that.

    As for stackability, when transmutation was first on the PTS, the geodes were stackable. But there were a number of bugs related to the stacking of geodes--the biggest one being that only the first geode in the stack worked, and the other geodes in the stack were broken and unusable.

    ZOS's fix for this was to work around it by preventing stacking. My guess is that, for whatever reason, it wasn't going to be a quick fix, so they took the easy way out. If that's the case, then stackability is probably what they want, but that it would require a change to their container system that might not come any time soon.

    The limit is fine in my opinion. Getting geodes that you open instead of just having it added straight to currency is silly though. If you're at max you shouldn't be able to store them. If you're at max, spend them or lose them.

    I started out thinking I'll only use them on things like monster shoulders, rare trial drops and vma weapons but they're actually so easy to get you might as well just use them on anything.
